Used on my aluminium boat
This is the flap disc I use when I want a clean finish without removing too much material.
After welding or rough grinding, the 120 grit smooths everything out and gets it ready for final finish or paint. It’s aggressive enough to clean things up, but fine enough that you’re not gouging your work.

Why I use 120 grit:
Lower grits remove material fast but leave deep scratches.
120 grit is perfect for finishing — clean surface, better look, less rework.
